Susan Lloyd-Swail joined the Government and Land Use committee a year ago and played a meaningful role monitoring Zoning By-law Amendments submitted to the Township of Muskoka Lakes. Susan has a professional planning designation and experience as a municipal Councillor and Deputy Mayor for the Township of King. She has been identified as a successor to Steve Rohacek as Chair of GLUC, as he plans to step down from that role next year.

Susan’s life in Muskoka began 40 years ago when her in-laws purchased a cottage that fronts on Lake Muskoka and has access to Dark Lake near Bala. In 2017, she and her husband purchased the family property.
