Electronic Proxy - AGM 2026

The undersigned member of the MUSKOKA LAKES ASSOCIATION (the “Corporation”) hereby appoints Ken Pearce, President, or, failing him, Cindy Forbs as the proxy of the undersigned to attend and act at the Annual General Meeting of the members of the Corporation to be held on the 16th day of July, 2026, and at any adjournment or adjournments thereof, in the same manner, to the same extent  and with the same power as if the undersigned were present at the said meeting or such adjournment or adjournments thereof.

1. VOTE FOR ; with respect to a resolution to approve the appointment of BDO Dunwoody LLP as auditors of the Corporation for the 2026 fiscal year;

2. VOTE FOR; a resolution electing two (2) directors and re-elect two (2) directors, to the Board of Directors, in each case, for a three year term;

3. Authorize the proxyholder to transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof on behalf of the member at the discretion of the proxyholder.
