Serious issues are important, but let’s face it, a trip to the cottage is all about having fun with family and friends! 
That’s why the MLA supports, funds or operates cottage-focused events, such as a Sailing Regatta and promotes responsible boating.

Responsible Boating

We supports Muskoka’s lengthy boating history, advocating for safe and respectful boating on Muskoka waterways. 

Muskoka Sailing Network

The MLA Muskoka Sailing network has many exciting sailing events for all ages this summer. In addition to the activities at the 8 sailing schools in the Muskoka area, there are several local sailing regattas that might get you out of the power boat and into this great, environmentally friendly sport.
